NCP1402SN50T1G Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The space-saving SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach Up to 200kHz switching frequencies. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.8V.
