Description
The NCP1393B is a self-oscillating high-voltage MOSFET driver designed for half-bridge topology applications. It accepts bulk voltages up to 600 V and features an adjustable operating frequency from 25 kHz to 250 kHz. The driver includes adjustable brown-out protection, a 100 ms PFC delay timer, and fixed dead-time to minimize shoot-through current.
