Description
NC7SZ384M5X Overview
Due to the fact that it is provided in the SC-74A, SOT-753, digital switch allows the board to be compacted.It is packaged according to the Tape & Reel (TR) method.The mounting method digital switch ic uses is Surface Mount.As the analog part, the circuit uses an analog IC Bus Switch.The operating temperature will not be affected by external factors when turn signal switch is set to -40°C~85°C.A supply voltage of 4V~5.5V provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.Multiplexers of the 7SZ series can be used in a wide range of applications.Its basic configuration includes terminations in the 5 range.As its base part number is 7SZ384, logic switch can also be used to find its related parts.For multiplexer's system, a voltage of 4.5V is supplied.As a result, conductors end at GULL WING.There is a supply type of Single employed as part of this supply.This multiplexer ic is configured with 5 pins.The multiplexer ic is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.The logic switch is included into the family of LVC/LCX/Z.There are 1 bits signal multiplexer provides.To prevent unnecessary failures, it is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) remain at 4V.During mux switch's normal operation, 5V is provided with a power supply.The part belongs to the Bus Driver/Transceivers category of signal switches.In the absence of external influences, it consumes 10μA current of multiplexer ic.Reliable performance of the multiplexers can be achieved when a supply voltage of 5V is provided.The resistance of the signal switching is 2.A resistance of 20Ohm is used to operate it.A total of 1 transmission channels are available in the turn signal switch's circuit.

The NC7SZ384 provides 1-bit of ultra high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus switch. The low On Resistance of the switch allows inputs to be connected to outputs with minimal propagation delay and without generating additional ground bounce noise. The device is organized as a 1-bit switch with a bus enable (OE#) signal. When OE# is LOW, the switch is on and Port A is connected to Port B. When OE# is HIGH, the switch is open and a high-impedance state exists between the two ports.
