MXD1210CSA Overview
A package containing materials from Tube is provided. For the purpose of saving board space, it is provided in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). This is a high quality and reliable type of Nonvolatile RAM. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. It requires a voltage of 4.75V~5.5V in order to operate normally. Based on the technique of Surface Mount, it is mounted. The transmission line ends are terminated with 8 terminations in order to prevent signals from reflecting off the end.
