Description

MUR220 Overview
Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 200V.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 2A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Surge currents are limited to 35A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 2μA, as shown in the data chart.Diodes define their breakdown voltage as the maximum reverse voltage that can be applied without increasing leakage current exponentially, and the breakdown voltage of a diode is 200V.
