MT8816AE1 Overview
Zarlink's ISOCMOS technology is used to produce the MT8816, offering low power dissipation and good reliability. The device has a 7 to 128 line decoder, latch circuits, and an 8 × 16 array of crosspoint switches. By choosing the relevant seven address bits, any one of the 128 switches can be addressed. Applying a logical one or zero to the DATA input will enable or disable the chosen switch. The digital inputs' ground reference is VSS. The analog signal's range extends from VDD to VEE. The crosspoint array can be cascaded for matrix expansion using Chip Select (CS).
