MP28248GD-Z Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 12 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 12-TFQFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.815V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3A. There is a maximum input voltage of 20V for this voltage regulator 12v. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage.
