High-frequency (2MHz) step-down switching regulator
Integrated internal high-side high-voltage power MOSFET
Provides single 0.6A (or less) highly efficient output
Current mode control for fast loop response
Wide 3.3V to 36V input range
3μA shutdown mode quiescent current
High power conversion efficiency over a wide load range
Frequency fold-back prevents inductor current runaway during start-up
Thermal shutdown for reliable operation
Available in SOT23-6 and TSOT23-6 packages
