Designed for low voltage applications requiring high efficiency
Provides output voltages as low as 0.9V
Integrates top and bottom switches to minimize power loss and component count
740KHz switching frequency allows for small filtering components
Includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and under voltage lockout
Internal power switches and tiny 10-pin MSOP or 3mm x 3mm QFN packages provide a space-saving solution
