Description
Dual-channel, low noise, low dropout, high PSRR linear regulator
Output voltage range: 1.2V to 5V with 1% accuracy
Input voltage range: 2.5V to 6.0V
Load current capacity: Up to 200mA per channel
Internal PMOS pass element
Supply current: 114μA (both LDOs on) at no load
EN1 and EN2 pins for individual output control
Shutdown mode with near-zero operation current
Current limiting and over temperature protection
Available in a 6-pin TSOT23 package
