This electrical device requires reverse leakage current of 3μA @ 6V.Reverse leakage current reaches 3μA at its maximum.The maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 7.5V during operation.Having a zener current of 20mA, it is highly flexible in terms of design.Zener single diode reaches 900mV @ 10mA when Zener single diode is supplied wZener single diodeh the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf).For this device to operate properly, a peak reverse voltage of 3μA is recommended.
