The reverse leakage current needed to power this electric device is 3μA @ 5V.The reverse leakage current reaches zero at its maximum.As part of the operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 6.8V.A zener current of 20mA makes it highly flexible in terms of design.For its operation, the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) 900mV @ 10mA is supplied.This device requires a peak reverse voltage of 3μA to function fully.
