MMSZ5230B Overview
The reverse leakage current for this electrical device should be 5μA @ 2V.A maximum reverse leakage current of 5μA is observed.While operating, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 4.7VV.Zeners have a zener current of 20mA, so their design is highly flexible.For its operation, maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) 900mV @ 10mA is provided.To function properly, this device needs a reverse voltage peak of 5μA.
