Description
MMSZ4688 Overview
To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 10μA @ 3V is required.There is a maximum reverse leakage current that reaches 10μA.Zener single diode is important to note that during operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 4.7V.Wdiodeh a zener current of 50μA, diode is highly flexible in terms of design.When the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is supplied for its operation, it reaches 900mV @ 10mA.A peak reverse voltage of 10μA is recommended for this device to function fully.
