The reverse leakage current for this electrical device is 2μA @ 1V.Reverse leakage currents can reach 2μA.In the course of operation, Zener (Nom) drops to zero voltage.In terms of design, diode has a high degree of flexibildiodey thanks to diodes 50μA zener current.This value reaches 900mV @ 10mA when the maximum Forward voltage (Vf) is applied.In order to ensure full functionality of this device, it is recommended that the reverse voltage be 50μA.
