Description
The MIC94325/45/55 RippleBlocker devices are monolithic integrated circuits that provide low-frequency ripple attenuation (switching noise rejection) to a regulated output voltage. They operate from an input voltage of 1.8V to 3.6V and offer fixed or adjustable output voltages. The MIC94355 version includes an auto-discharge feature to discharge the output capacitor when the part is disabled. Packaged in a 6-lead 1.6 mm x 1.6 mm Ultra Thin DFN, these devices have a junction operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
