Description
The MIC706 and MIC708 are low-cost microprocessor supervisory circuits that monitor power supplies in 3.0V and 3.3V microprocessor-based systems. They feature:
Watchdog timer (MIC706)
Microprocessor reset
Power-failure warning
Debounced manual reset input
The R, S, and T versions have different supply voltage reset threshold levels: 2.63V, 2.93V, and 3.08V, respectively. When the supply voltage drops below the threshold, /RESET (and RESET for the MIC708) is asserted.
The MIC706P is similar to the MIC706R, but with an active-high Reset output.
