Description
The MIC59P50 is a parallel-input latched driver that combines CMOS data latches, bipolar Darlington transistor drivers, and CMOS control circuitry. It features:
High voltage (80V) and high current (500mA) outputs
Eight CMOS data latches
Bipolar Darlington transistor driver for each latch
CMOS control circuitry for CLEAR, STROBE, and OUTPUT ENABLE functions
Thermal shutdown, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and over-current shutdown protection
Open-collector outputs with integral diodes for inductive load transient suppression
Compatible with CMOS, PMOS, NMOS, and TTL inputs
Internal pull-down resistors
Low-power CMOS latches
Single or split supply operation
