Description
The MIC5396/7/8/9 is a dual LDO ideal for powering portable devices. It provides two independent 300 mA LDOs in a single package, allowing for improved system efficiency. The MIC5396/7/8/9 has a wide output voltage range down to 1.0V, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. It offers 2% accuracy, low dropout voltage (160 mV at 300 mA), and low ground current (typically 42 μA per LDO at full load). The MIC5396/7/8/9 can be put into a zero off mode current state, drawing virtually no current when disabled.
