Advanced, 300 mA LDO for portable devices requiring high PSRR
Integrates a 300 mA LDO into a 1.2 mm x 1.2 mm Thin DFN package
Designed to reject input noise and provide low output noise with fast transient response
Active discharge feature (MIC5364) discharges output capacitors when disabled

2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range
300 mA output current
High output accuracy: ±2%
Low quiescent current: 38 μA (typical)
Stable with 1 μF ceramic output capacitors
High PSRR: 70 dB @ 1 kHz
Low dropout voltage: 225 mV at 300 mA
