Description
The MIC5363/4 is a high-performance, 300mA LDO designed for powering portable devices requiring high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). It integrates a 300mA LDO into a compact 1.2mm x 1.2mm Thin MLF package. The MIC5363/4 is designed to reject input noise and provide a low output noise regulator with fast transient response. The MIC5364 also features an active discharge circuit that discharges output capacitors when the part is disabled.
