Description
The MIC5310 is a dual ultra-low dropout (ULDO) linear regulator designed for portable electronics. It features high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) and ultra-low output noise. The MIC5310 integrates two 150mA ULDOs into a 2mm x 2mm leadless MLF package, providing exceptional thermal package characteristics.
The MIC5310 is a Cap design, enabling operation with small ceramic output capacitors for stability. This reduces board space and component cost. Its low-drop-out voltage, high PSRR, and thermal package characteristics make it ideal for powering RF/noise-sensitive circuitry, camera modules, imaging sensors, PDAs, MP3 players, and webcams.
