Description
The MIC5252 is a CMOS voltage regulator designed for ultra-low-noise applications. It offers high accuracy (1% initial, 2% over temperature), low dropout voltage (135mV at 150mA), and low ground current (90μA). The MIC5252 provides a low-noise output, making it suitable for RF applications. It has high PSRR even at low supply voltages, which is crucial for battery-operated electronics. A noise bypass pin is available for further noise reduction.
