Description
The MIC5249 is a 300mA CMOS voltage regulator with a programmable power-on reset delay. It offers high precision (1% initial accuracy), low dropout voltage (400mV @ 300mA), and low ground current (85µA). Designed for noise-critical applications, it features a noise reduction feature and works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors. The MIC5249 also includes an enable pin, current limit, thermal shutdown, and an active clamp for fast turnoff.
