Efficient linear voltage regulator with low dropout voltage (17mV at light loads, 200mV at 100mA)
Very low ground current (1mA at 100mA output)
Initial accuracy better than 1%
Logic-compatible ON/OFF switching input

Protection against reversed battery, current limiting, and over-temperature shutdown
