Description
The MIC2950 and MIC2951 are low-dropout voltage regulators with very low quiescent current. They offer high accuracy (3.3, 4.85, or 5V) and guaranteed 150mA output. These regulators feature extremely tight load and line regulation, very low temperature coefficient, and can be used as regulators or references. They require only 1.5µF for stability and provide current and thermal limiting. The unregulated DC input can withstand -20V reverse battery and 60V positive transients.
