As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 20kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.9V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.9V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1A Switch output current of voltage regulator.
