Description
The MIC2545A and MIC2549A are high-side power switches designed for low-loss DC power switching and power management applications, including ACPI. They offer a cost-effective solution with minimal external components to meet USB and ACPI requirements.

Adjustable current limit up to 3A
Reverse current flow blocking
Low on-state supply current (90µA typical)
Low off-state supply current (1μA typical)

Slow soft-start turn-on (2ms), fast turnoff
