Description
The MIC2546 and MIC2547 are integrated high-side dual power switches designed for low-loss DC power switching and power management applications, including Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI). They offer a cost-effective and highly integrated solution with minimal external components to meet USB and ACPI requirements.

Reverse current flow blocking
Low on-state supply current: 100μA typical per channel
Low off-state supply current: 2μA typical
Maximum on-resistance: 120mΩ
