Description
The MIC22200 is a high-efficiency, 2A integrated switch synchronous buck regulator. Its switching frequency is programmable from 800kHz to 4MHz, allowing for optimization of efficiency or footprint. The regulator achieves efficiencies up to 95% while switching at 1MHz over a broad load range. Ultra high-speed control loops maintain output voltage regulation under extreme transient load swings. The output voltage can be adjusted down to 0.7V for low-voltage power needs.
The MIC22200 offers sequencing and tracking capabilities. The EN/DLY pin, combined with the Power-On-Reset (POR) pin, allows for multiple output sequencing during turn on and turn off. The RC (ramp control) pin allows connection to another MIC22X00 device to maintain output voltages within a certain delta V on startup.
