Description
The MIC2026A and MIC2076A are dual-channel power distribution switches designed for general-purpose power distribution applications requiring circuit protection. They feature:
High-side MOSFET switches
Low RDS(ON) (100 mΩ typical at 5.0V)
Wide operating range (2.7V to 5.5V)
High continuous current (500 mA minimum per channel)
Short-circuit protection with thermal shutdown
Thermally isolated channels
Soft-start circuit
Fault status flag with 3 ms filter
Undervoltage lockout (UVLO)
Reverse current flow blocking
Circuit breaker mode (MIC2076A)
Pin compatibility with MIC2026 and MIC2076
Logic-compatible inputs
