Description
The MIC2025 and MIC2075 are high-side MOSFET switches designed for general-purpose power distribution with circuit protection. They feature internal current limiting and thermal shutdown for device and load protection. The MIC2075 offers "smart" thermal shutdown, reducing current consumption in fault modes. Both devices utilize soft-start circuitry to minimize inrush current and have a fault status output flag for overcurrent and thermal shutdown conditions.
