CMOS low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators
Deliver up to 250 mA of current

Input operating range: 2.7V to 13.2V
Output voltage range: 1.2V to 5.5V in 0.1V increments
Stable with 1.0 μF to 22 μF output capacitor
