MCP130T-315I/TT Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this PMIC, you can find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. The Microchip Technology Inc. MCP120/130 is a volt-age supervisory device designed to keep a micro controller in reset until the system voltage has reached the proper level and stabilized. It also operates as protection from brown-out conditions when the supply voltage drops below a safe operating level. Both devices are available with a choice of seven different trip voltage sand both have open drain outputs. The MCP130 has an internal 5 kOmega pull up resistor. Both devices have active low RESET pins. The MCP120/130 will assert the RESET signal whenever the voltage on the VDD pin is below the trip-point voltage.
