Description
The MCP100/101 is a voltage supervisory device that monitors the supply voltage of a microcontroller. It holds the microcontroller in reset until the supply voltage reaches a stable operating level and resets the microcontroller during power loss. The device features precision monitoring of 3V, 3.3V, and 5V systems, with seven voltage trip points available. It has a push-pull output and holds the RESET/RESET signal for 350 ms (typical).
