Description
The MC34931 is a monolithic H-Bridge Power IC designed for low voltage DC servo motor control applications. It operates continuously from 5.0 V to 36 V with a nominal operating voltage of 24 V. The device features SMARTMOS technology and has a maximum Roston of 235 mΩ at Tj = 150 °C for each H-Bridge MOSFET.
