Overview
Description
The MAX8213 and MAX8214 are voltage monitors with four precision voltage comparators for monitoring undervoltage and overvoltage conditions for both positive and negative supplies. They have an internal 1.25V reference for accurate trip-point setting, with a guaranteed trip-level accuracy of ±1% over the commercial temperature range. The trip levels of all channels are guaranteed to match within ±1%. A fifth comparator channel monitors microprocessor voltages and generates delayed reset signals. The MAX8213 has open-drain outputs, while the MAX8214 has active pull-up outputs.
