3-pin microprocessor reset monitor MAX809STRG is a type of cost-effective system supervisor circuit that is optimized to reject fast transient glitches on the VCC line. It is able to monitor VCC in digital systems and send a reset signal to the host processor if it is necessary without external components. Due to its low supply current of 0.5 A (VCC = 3.2 V), MAX809STRG is well suited for battery-powered applications.
