MAX635ACPA Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Through Hole bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at 0°C~70°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 50kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -1.31V -5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 500mA output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 16.5V for this voltage regulator 12v.
