Description
The MAX1739/MAX1839 are fully integrated controllers designed to drive cold-cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs) using the Royer oscillator inverter architecture. This architecture provides near sinusoidal drive waveforms over the entire input range, maximizing the life of CCFLs. The controllers optimize this architecture for a wide input voltage range, high efficiency, and maximum dimming range.
