Description
The LV8401V is a 1-channel motor driver IC that uses D-MOS FET for the output stage. It operates in one of four modes under program control: forward, reverse, brake, and standby. The P/N-channel structure used in the H-bridge output stage results in a minimal number of external components and low on-resistance (0.332 typical). This IC is optimal for driving motors that require large current.
