Description
- Microprocessor power supply monitoring device
- Provides microprocessor reset and watchdog timing
- Precise internal voltage reference and comparator circuit monitors power supply line
- RESET output forced to active low when out-of-tolerance condition occurs
- RESET output guaranteed to remain logic low even with Vcc as low as 1V
- Internal watchdog timer forces RESET output to active low if watchdog input is not toggled within 1.6 seconds
