Description
The LTC1751 family is a series of micropower charge pump DC/DC converters that generate a regulated output voltage of up to 100mA. They operate within an input voltage range of 2V to 5.5V.

Regulated output voltage options: 3.3V ±4%, 5V ±4%, or adjustable
No inductors required
Short-circuit and thermal protection
Extremely low operating current: 20µA typical with no load
Very low shutdown current: <2µA
Shutdown disconnects load from VIN
PowerGood/Undervoltage output
Adjustable soft-start time
Available in an 8-pin MSOP package
