Overview
Description
The LTC1470/LTC1471 are single and dual 3.3V/5V power supply switches designed for PCMCIA card slots. They feature built-in charge pumps, eliminating the need for a 12V supply. The switches have extremely low RDS(ON) MOSFETs, providing output current capability of 1A. They also have built-in current limit and thermal shutdown for protection.

Inrush current limited (drives 150uF loads)
Quiescent current in standby: 1uA
No parasitic body diodes
Built-in XOR function eliminates "glue" logic
Break-before-make switching
Controlled rise and fall times
Available in 8-pin and 16-pin SO packages
