Description
The LT3680 is a monolithic buck switching regulator with an adjustable frequency range of 200kHz to 2.4MHz. It accepts input voltages up to 36V and delivers a maximum output current of 3.5A. The device features a high-efficiency 95mΩ switch, a boost Schottky diode, and the necessary oscillator, control, and logic circuitry.
