Description
The LT3436 is a monolithic boost switching regulator with a constant 800kHz switching frequency. It features a high-efficiency 3A, 0.192Ω switch, a 1.2V feedback reference voltage, and a ±2% overall output voltage tolerance. The LT3436 uses low-profile surface-mount external components and has a low shutdown current of 11µA. It can be synchronized from 1MHz to 1.4MHz and uses current-mode control for fast transient response and excellent loop stability. The LT3436 is available in a small, thermally enhanced TSSOP-16 package.
