Description
Fixed frequency, inverting mode switching regulator
Operates from input voltage as low as 1V
Generates negative output down to -24V from 1V to 5V input
Fixed frequency switching ensures clean output
Contains low-battery detector with 200mV reference
Shuts down to less than 10μA
No load quiescent current of 1mA
Internal NPN power switch handles 500mA current with 295mV voltage drop
High frequency switching enables use of small inductors and capacitors
Ceramic capacitors can be used in many applications

0.12 effective output impedance

600kHz fixed frequency operation
