Description
LMK04808BISQE/NOPB Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). As part of the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 64 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source.
