Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is important to protect analog sensors by packaging them in 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 14 pins. This electronic part has 14 terminations. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 570μA.
