Description
The LM78XX series of three-terminal positive regulators are available in the TO-220 package with fixed output voltages ranging from 5V to 24V. These regulators feature internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe operating area protection, making them highly reliable and robust. With adequate heat sinking, they can deliver output currents exceeding 1A.
